Any active professional leally established on the territory of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg can be a member. As a member of Digital Europe and ICT Luxembourg, APSI represents its members to the national ad European authorities and at their institutions. ASPI's representiatives are comprised of a board of directors elected at a yearly general assembly
